- Replacement within 5 working days at no charge.
- No 12-month lock-in unless you want the lower rate.
Security and data
- Shared password manager, never plain-text credentials.
- Accounts stay in your name; we work inside your tools.
- NDAs signed by every assistant and ops manager.
- GDPR terms and a data processing agreement.
- Access revoked the same day a contract ends.
Who you are working with
I am Ivana. I started as a VA, moved into project management, and now I recruit, train and supervise our assistants. Stjepan runs operations at SV Media and designs the systems and SOPs your assistant works inside, so the process stays with you and not with one person. We are a small team, and you speak to us directly.
