SV Media, Zagreb, Croatia, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@svmedia.hr.

When you submit a form on this website we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company name, country, the service or number of hours you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field.

We also process basic technical data your browser sends (IP address, approximate country, browser type) so we can show the site in the right language and keep it secure.

To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal or an introduction call.

To fulfil a contract with you, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Our legal basis is your consent when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Only our small team, plus the service providers that run our website, database, email and notification tools. They process the data on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality. We never sell your data and we do not use it for newsletters unless you ask us to.

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract requires us to keep records longer. After that they are deleted.

We store in your browser which page or campaign you first arrived from (UTM tags and landing page) and a random anonymous browser ID. We also record clicks on booking, email and phone links, without your name or other personal data. If you send an enquiry, we save this with it so we know which campaigns bring enquiries. We do not use advertising cookies.

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@svmedia.hr and we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
